The Praise Team (For HIM) leads the singing by the congregation during the early Sunday worship service and also participates in special worship services and events throughout the year. This group sings a variety of music but focuses on music that is more contemporary in nature. See the calendar for their rehearsal schedule. Anyone who has a desire to praise God through a more contemporary style of music may join the Praise Team. | |
The Chancel Choir leads the singing by the congregaion during the 2nd Sunday worship service; they also participate in special worship services throughout the year. See the calendar for their rehearsal schedule. A cultivated singing voice is always welcome but the Choir welcomes anyone with a desire to lift Christ in song through more traditional forms of music. | ||

The Handbell Choir rings music for various Sunday worship services. This group provides an excellent way for those who want to lift God in music but do trust their singing ability to join the music ministry. Instructions in music reading and ringing techniques are provided to newcomers during their rehearsals -- see the calendar for times. | |
First Call is a performing arts group for the youth, grades 6 - 12, of the church. Activities include leading worship with skits, music, and dramatic readings, and providing entertainment within the community. See the calendar for their meeting times. All youth in the community who meet the age requirement are welcome to join. |
The SOUL Kids is an ensemble designed for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. This group develops musical skills by singing and playing various instruments throughout the year. They perform at many different venues in the community. See the calendar for their meeting times. Age and desire are the only prerequisites for membership. | |
Orchestra and Accompanists: A small orchestra may be organized to suppliment our music presentations during special events and occasionally during worship services. Wind and string instrumentalists are invited to participate in these events. Opportunities to accompany any of the choral groups are often available. | ||
